I was born in Zofingen, in German-speaking Switzerland. I have been working as a teacher at various levels for over 30 years. My teaching career began as a "teacher for additional German" - which is an extensive integration task. Later I worked as a special needs teacher in the "small class of the lower and middle school". I have been teaching as a class teacher at secondary school for over 20 years. In my additional role as a career choice coach for all upper grades, I maintain close contacts with training companies.
I came up with the idea of organizing lessons more efficiently and making them more agile with the help of cubes while looking for a didactic implementation tool. The search led to the invention of the "classroomcubes," which I tested with a teaching team and developed further with my partner.
The classroom cubes have made my lessons more agile and lively and the students no longer want to do without them. The cubes help me to meet the requirements of modern student-centered teaching.
